Custom Beanies Bulk Order

Custom beanie embroidery service by beeeans!

Pop your art on to a beanie- Something I do for my own brand I can now offer to you! I'm trying to keep fellow artists like myself in mind with lower set up costs for smaller quantities! In future I will hope to offer custom artist aprons, tees or hoodies!

Minimum order is 3 pieces, max is 30!

What I need from you- An email with:

• A high quality PNG of your design (300dpi) that uses 6 colours only. 
• Tell me what Size you want it. 
• What colour hat you want from this selection. If your colour choice is not in stock I will let you know asap!
• Tell me if theres a deadline for this order or an event you want it for. 
  
• Send to beeeanshop@gmail.com with your order Number and name in the title

About ordering-

• Size of design can be - 12x6cm max recommended (can be smaller!). Designs can't be any wider than 12cm across, but technically can be any height you'd like, it will just make the cuff of the hat bigger. 
• Mixed hat colours is ok, if you want 1 blue, 2 red, 7 pink etc!
• Up to 6 thread colours per design
• First artwork design is FREE (I will digitize your file without additional costs, any design added extra is +£5 per artwork)
  
• Flat, graphic style art works best to embroider (see examples I have made). Sketchy styles are ok but may be harder to read. I do not recommend outlines on small designs.
• Artwork proofs will be sent within 48hours, once approved work will take anywhere from 3-14 days depending how busy I am. Depending on the complexity of the design I may send a test of the design stitched out too!
• I will colour match your design the best of my ability. You can request specific threads to be ordered in for an additional £3 per thread colour.
• 50% deposit is required for orders of 10 or more, this is non refundable. Balance is paid when the beanies are complete, you can also opt to pay in full if you prefer.
• If you have a rush order please dm me first on Instagram (beeeanshop) so I can confirm a timeframe. Rush orders will incur an additional fee depending on quantity. 
  
• Due to their custom nature, these items are non returnable

Delivery

• Delivery is included in in full payment orders. If you choose 50%, delivery will be due upon completion of the hats.
• Delivery will be next day for orders over 5 hats-  service may vary.
• I can personally deliver for free within Manchester city centre at events such as megacon, rakucon etc for free, or you can collect.
